The 3rd beanie in the 51 days of Lizzie Bear Beanies is the Ashley Bear Beanie! The Ashley Beanie is my favorite go to beanie, so of course I needed an Ashley Bear Beanie. This beanie has some of the most gorgeous texture and I love a beanie with gorgeous texture.

• Yarn: Medium, Weight 4; Your Color Choice. Sample is made with Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice (Mustard)
• Yardage: 200 yds. (lg adult)
• Hook: K (6.50mm)
• Tapestry Needle, Scissors and Measuring Tape
Bear Ears (Make 2)
You Need H Hook and Your Yarn Color Choice of Yarn
Make a Magic Ring,
Round 1: Ch 1, 7 sc in loop, join with a sl st in the 1st sc, pull tight. – 7
Round 2: Ch 1, 1 hdc in same st, 2 hdc in each st around, end with 1 hdc in same st as ch 1, join. – 14
Round 3: Ch 1, 1 hdc in same st, 1 hdc in next st, *2 hdc in next st, 1 hdc in next st; repeat from*, until the last 2 sts, 2 hdc in next st, sl st in next st, sl st in same st as ch 1, join. – 21
Fasten off and weave in any loose ends, leaving a long tail to sew the ears onto the beanie. Sew the ears along rounds 4 and 5.
